Interview Resume

Below is the link to access your Interview Resume form. Be sure to fill it out completely and honestly. It's all about you! Interviewers could ask additional questions not on the resume, however, be as thorough as possible so the judges really get to know the STAR that you are! This should be typed and in a font that is clear and easy to read with a minimum of size 12. 

Wardrobe Guide

FORMAL WEAR: 


Attire can have all the sparkles or none at all. Whatever makes you feel beautiful!

Short or long gowns are permitted just make sure they can walk easily in a gown. Ages 0-3 can wear short cupcake or long gown depending on preference. 

​

No midriff is ever to be shown. 

​

Boys: Dress slacks, suit or tuxedo is always acceptable.

FUN FASHION: 

​

Think New York Fashion Week - be creative, show your personality and shine like the STAR you are!

 

CASUAL WEAR: 

​

Don't over think casual wear! This is always an optional and not required for overall crowning. However, it gives each contestant another opportunity to shine on stage. This outfit can be custom or off the rack and is only judged by color, fit, and the confidence in which the contestant rocks the stage!

Scoring Criteria

40 % - PRIVATE PANEL INTERVIEW

30 % - FORMAL WEAR

​

20 % - FUN FASHION

​

10% - COMMUNITY SERVICE 
 

The Non-Profit that National Elite Stars supports is Phoenix Grace. Each contestant is required to bring in one package of newborn diapers for drug exposed newborns to receive 10 points towards their overall score. The contestant that brings in the most diapers will win the Humanitarian award.
